NOTICE
For those of you who missed the Summer
maintenance and inspection of the
residential HVAC units performed on May 5th,
a make-up day has been scheduled for
Saturday, May 19, 2012
beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m.
Inspection will be of the following components:
1. Indoor fan motor
2. Outdoor fan motor
3. Accessible condenser coil
4. Accessible evaporator coil
5. Contactor
6. Capacitor
7. Filter change
8. Sequential Operation Inspection
9. Drain lines
10. Refrigeration lines
11. Wiring Connections
12. Freon Charge Level
13. Reversing Valve
14. Outdoor coil wash
Maintenance will be performed on the drain lines,
the filter will be changed and the outdoor coil washed.
The HOA will receive a list of any additional service work needed, which will be passed on to the homeowner. Any additional service work will be the responsibility of the individual homeowner(s).

Please be advised:
BARNEY’S BEANERY GREASE INTERCEPTOR IS BEING SERVICED TODAY
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 14TH
Management has just been informed that Barney’s Beanery is currently performing routine maintenance of their grease interceptor and there may be smells emitted throughout the parking garage and parts of the building today. Please do not be alarmed – the smell should dissipate in a few hours.
